Logistics Planner (m/f)

Therefore, we dedicate ample time to your training until you can independently and responsibly manage a cross-border logistics system, coordinate tours with manufacturers' production schedules, and deploy our fleet accordingly.

Responsibilities / Key Tasks
  • Route planning and coordination with kitchen manufacturers' production
  • Cost-optimized deployment of our vehicles
  • All deliveries on schedule at the destination
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between driver, goods recipient, and manufacturer
  • Customs clearance for Switzerland and Great Britain
  • Planning and management of intermodal transport
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d)
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office); Excel indispensable
  • Structured and meticulous working style with high quality standards
  • Friendly demeanor, strong team orientation
  • A high degree of initiative and communication skills
  • As an organizational talent, you are characterized by quick comprehension, flexibility, and pragmatic solution orientation
  • You remain focused under pressure and stress, demonstrating your resilience
  • Proficiency in English and/or French required
